Antique Farm toys are one of my favorite vintage toys to collect. They bring back memories of summers spent on my Grandpa's farm. Nothing beat having your own selection of toy John Deere, Farmall, Case, Fergueson, Ford, and Moline farm implements to play with as a kid especially if your family is from a farming back ground. Both modern and antique farm toys have become very hot in the collectibles market. Diecast tractors today come in almost identical replicas of the originals and cost nearly as much as some of the antique toy tractors.
You can get all kinds of antique farm toys including combines, tractors, manure spreaders, wagons and a large variety of barns, fences and animals. When collecting antique farm toys your only limited by your imagination.

Antique Toys
Antique Toys have long been a popular collectors item. There are many things that have added to the demand for vintage and antique toys. Probably the largest factor is the aging baby boomer population. Its natural as we grow older to long for thing from out past and what brings back better memories than our old toys that have now become antiques and collectibles.
Remember that old fire engine , dump truck or toy tractor you had as a kid. Didn't you cry for hours when you lost it in the sandbox or left it at the beach. Toys like old Buddy L construction trucks, toy John Deere farm implements, and many other of the quality made toys from years past are now highly sought after collectors items. Today's kids don't know what they are missing. With all the new fangled digital toys we have stifled the imagination of the younger generation. No longer do they pretend to be firemen, construction workers or farms when playing with toys. Today they act out the roles in video games and more often than not it involves violence and crime. I hope some day these kids look back on the antique toys of our era and realize what they have missed.
